Meditation Class

What:

Classes will be led by House Fellow, Deven Patel, who teaches in the Department of South Asia Studies, with a focus on Sanskrit language and literature.
 
This is a class designed for students to learn about the mindfulness of breathing for the development of concentration, clarity, and overall calmness. Regular meditation has been proven to increase your memory and focus, reduce stress and fatigue, and even improve your sleep. No experience is needed to practice, and everyone is welcome at any time throughout the course.
