MEDITATION CLASS

What:

Join us for a meditation class every Monday at 7 PM-8PM, which teaches a breathing mindfulness techniaue to develop calm concetration and inner strength.  All are invited.  There may be a zoom component as well, for those who cannot attend in person.  Refreshments will be served after each class in Room M20, the seminar room in the mezzanine.
