Meditation Class

 

Join us for a meditation class every Monday at 7 PM (until 8 or earlier).   Faculty Director, Professor Deven Patel, teaches a breathing mindfulness technique to develop calm concentration and inner strength.   The practice contributes to Harrison’s wellness initiative and has proved useful for residents to develop important skills of stress-reduction and self-awareness. 

All are invited. 

 

WHEN: Mondays 7 PM

WHERE: Room M20 (Seminar Room in the Mezzanine)

 

Refreshments will be served after each class.
