Join us for a meditation class every Thursday at 7 PM (until 8 or earlier). Faculty Director, Professor Deven Patel, teaches a breathing mindfulness technique to develop calm concentration and inner strength. The practice contributes to Harrison’s wellness initiative and has proved useful for residents to develop important skills of stress-reduction and self-awareness.
