Online Meditation Class
What:
Throughout the year, Harrison runs a meditation class in the House to introduce beginners to a practice of Breathing Mindfulness. This practice is intended to help develop concentration and body/mind awareness to help calm the mind and give it clarity to deal with life's many anxieties. This is a perhaps a time like no other to introduce yourself to a practice like this.

We’ll put you in touch with Faculty Director Deven Patel, and he will direct you to a short online meditation class that we will run via Zoom.
