Penn First and Harrison College House are hosting a town hall for students to discuss what it means to be "first-generation and/or low-income" (FGLI). This event is open to members of the entire Penn community, whether FGLI or not. We will discuss the differences between first-generation, low-income, and the University's new label, "highly-aided".
