“Hungry for Success” takes students on a thrilling exploration of ambition's philosophical roots, spanning from ancient to modern times. Through the lenses of Xenophon, Machiavelli, and Nietzsche, delve into the complexities of ambition, power, and morality. Is money or power the root to happiness? Will fickle chance bring you down? From the virtuous pursuits of ancient leaders to Machiavelli's political cunning and Nietzsche's celebration of individual striving, this seminar challenges participants to confront the timeless questions surrounding ambition's role in shaping human destiny.
