The Department of English is thrilled to host this year's WINTER READING PROJECT at Harrison College House. The event is focused on Jennifer Egan’s The Candy House (New York Times top 10 books of 2022 and President Obama’s Favorite Books of 2022)!

Our live, in-person panel discussion will feature the Pulitzer Prize-winning author (and Penn English alum!) Jennifer Egan, as well as Prof. Kathleen DeMarco Van Cleve, Prof. James English, and Penn English submatriculant Armie Chardiet.
